SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle is a universal Zigbee USB stick. It can be used as a universal Zigbee gateway in Home Assistant or other open-source platforms via ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT.
The device allows you to locally control all your Zigbee devices, so you don’t need multiple smart hubs on your home network. This was an important factor when I was designing and building my new smart home system.
I purchased mine from Amazon for around 30 euros and once configured correctly made a big improvement to the Zigbee signal range in my home.
